ABOUT JENNIFER

I'm a psychotherapist who helps people understand and change the relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we create a space where you can feel seen, make sense of old dynamics, and build more fulfilling connections.

What shaped my work

My own relationships, the people I love, and the patterns I didn't understand for a long time shaped my path to this work.

Clinical training deepened my understanding of how early experiences, attachment needs, and protective strategies show up in our closest relationships.

I've seen how people carry so much strength - and how those same ways of protecting can get in the way of connection.

Jennifer - how i came to this work

How I came to this work

I bring both lived experience and clinical training to the therapy room.

I know what it's like to feel stuck in old patterns, and I also know that change is possible.

I care deeply about helping people move from self-protection to self-understanding, so they can relate with more honesty, closeness, and choice.

A DIRECT, RELATIONAL APPROACH

I am engaged, compassionate, and honest. I draw from Relational Life Therapy (RLT), attachment theory, IFS parts work, Pia Mellody's developmental model, and AEDP-informed emotional processing to help you understand what's underneath the patterns— and create meaningful, lasting change.
